How long does it take for statistical data to be uploaded after the game ends? +
Our system continuously pulls in data, so your stats should be available 30 minutes after your team finalizes the game in the Genius system.
Can you look at full conference stats? +
Full conference stats are coming for the 2026 competition season. For now, you can only view your own stats and those of opponents you’ve played.
For pre-2014 data, how complete are the historical record book entries? +
We ingest historical records that your team has put in the official record book. We also have StatCrew XML uploads as part of our data extension service. The Info section in the search application allows users to see the record book entries that have been integrated.
Why can't I access soccer, volleyball and ice hockey? +
Soccer (M&W), Volleyball (M&W), and Ice Hockey (M&W) for the Genius data scope are available for subscription but are not available in the 15-day free trial.
How long does onboarding take? Can our staff just start using it on day one? +
All sports with their Genius data can be accessed as soon as the subscription sign-up is completed. The record book integration can take a few days to complete. Data extension services require uploading the rosters, schedules, and game files for each season.
What stats are available to search? +
From the home page, look for the small question icon next to the search bar. Clicking it will take you to our Athlyte Search Information Center, where the Data Center section will show you every stat we track, along with the year tracking began. The Records section will show you where your record book information has been integrated into the results pages.
